About the Brand:
A leading global e-commerce brand specializing in functional travel gear (recognized as a TikTok Best Employer Brand for two consecutive years). We are rapidly expanding our TikTok Livestreaming & E-commerce Hub in North Jakarta. We are seeking a high‑caliber HR & Admin Supervisor to serve as the strategic backbone of this expansion, taking our current team of 20‑30 members to a 100‑person high‑performance organization.
1. Aggressive Talent Acquisition & Scaling (P0 Priority):
Lead the end‑to‑end recruitment strategy to support the rapid expansion of the Jakarta office.
Focus on high‑demand e‑commerce roles: TikTok Livestream Leads, KOL Managers, Content Creators, and Live Streamers.
Build a robust local talent pipeline to ensure the team scales effectively from 30 to 100 members.
2. HR Operations & Compliance Management:
Oversee the full employee lifecycle: from strategic onboarding and performance regularization to offboarding.
Ensure 100% compliance with Indonesian Labor Law (including Manpower Law/Omnibus Law).
Manage Payroll & Benefits: Accurately process monthly salaries and statutory contributions (BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and BPJS Kesehatan).
3. Administrative & Site Management:
Oversee daily office administration, facility maintenance, and procurement for the Sunter Agung office.
Act as a key bridge between local operations and the Regional Leadership / Global HQ.
Manage administrative budgets and office policies to ensure a smooth "1 to 10" growth phase.
4. Organizational Development & Culture:
Implement corporate culture and team‑building initiatives to maintain high morale in a fast‑paced, 24/7 livestreaming environment.
Assist in establishing localized HR policies and employee handbooks.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Law, or a related field.
Experience:
5–8 years of solid HR management experience.
Crucial:
Proven track record in an E‑commerce (TikTok/Shopee/Lazada) or MCN/Digital Agency environment.
Experience working in a Chinese enterprise/multinational company is highly preferred.
Language Skills:
Native/Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
Professional Fluency in English is mandatory (for reporting to global leadership).
Chinese is a plus.
Competencies:
