Senior Technical Recruiter

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, a passion for talent acquisition. You will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top IT talent to support our organization’s growth and success.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and create job descriptions that reflect those needs. Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial outreach to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate information.

What are we looking for: Minimum 4+ years experience of talent acquisition experience in recruiting Financial, Marketing, Sales, Accounting roles. Minimum 4+ years experience of talent acquisition experience in recruiting IT roles. Minimum 2+ years experience working for a Consulting or Staffing company. Advanced knowledge and experience of working on applicant tracking systems such as iCIMS. Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment Advanced English Level.
