Area Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

Plan and manage sales strategies: Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue and market share.

Lead and develop the team: Evaluate performance and provide guidance to the sales team to help them achieve their objectives.

Set sales targets: Establish realistic sales targets for the team and monitor their progress.

Analyze sales data: Review and analyze sales data to understand trends, identify opportunities, and make accurate strategic decisions.

Manage budgets: Ensure the sales team’s operational budget is controlled and allocated efficiently.

Monitor market competition: Conduct market and competitor insights to support company plans and strategies.

Collaborate with other departments: Work closely with departments such as marketing and operations to ensure the overall success of company objectives.

Act as a communication bridge: Communicate effectively between the sales team and company management to deliver performance reports and receive strategic directions.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Area Manager or in a sales management role within international retail fashion or handbag & accessories brands.

Strong leadership skills to build, motivate, and manage an effective sales team.

Solid understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing strategies.

Excellent communication (in English) and presentation skills for interacting with customers and corporate management.

Strong analytical thinking skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (required).

Willing to be assigned to any location.

Willing to travel for business purposes within and outside the city.
