The Position
The Global Head of Talent Acquisition will lead and scale our global recruitment function to meet the evolving needs of a fast-growing, mission-critical organization. Reporting to the Global Head of Human Resources, you will be responsible for the strategy, operations, tools, and results of OPSWATs hiring engine across all functions and regions, with a particular focus on technical, product, engineering, go-to-market (GTM), and sales talent.
You will develop and execute a globally consistent, locally adaptable recruiting strategy, attracting world-class candidates across cybersecurity, engineering, GTM, and G&A roles. This is a key leadership role in shaping how OPSWAT grows and wins globally.
What You Will Be Doing
Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to translate headcount and growth plans into sourcing strategies and resource allocation
Develop a scalable model to define recruiting capacity and bandwidth by function, geography, and business priority
Determine number of recruiters, and what KPIs they will be measured on (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, hiring manager satisfaction)
Lead GTM hiring strategy, including targeted approaches for sales, product marketing, and customer success roles
Collaborate with Finance and the leadership team on annual headcount planning & budgeting to algin hiring goals with business forecasts and resources availability.
Global Recruiting Operations
Lead a globally dispersed recruiting team across U.S., Hungary, Romania, Vietnam, and other key talent markets
Define and report on operational KPIs, team performance, and pipeline progress in partnership with People Analytics
Executive & Technical/GTM Hiring
Build hiring strategies tailored for complex and specialized functions including enterprise sales, product leadership, and cybersecurity
Employer Brand & Candidate Experience
Craft and deliver a compelling employer brand aligned to OPSWATs mission and employee value proposition, including design & lead campus engagement initiatives (eg. University events, internship programs, tech talks etc) to build OPSWATโs brand among future talent pools and early career professionals.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience globally, particularly for competitive tech and sales talent
Technology, Tools, and Process
Optimize the TA tech stack (ATS, CRM, referral programs) and partner with HRIS and IT on digital system evolution
Leverage AI and automation to enhance sourcing, reduce time-to-hire, and improve recruiter productivity
Implement systems and workflows that balance global scalability with local agility
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Champion inclusive hiring processes across all levels and locations
Drive outreach and sourcing strategies to improve representation in GTM, engineering, and leadership pipelines
What We Need From You
10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience with at least 5 years in global leadership roles
Proven success hiring for sales and go-to-market roles, in addition to technical and corporate functions
Experience building TA infrastructure in high-growth technology companies; cybersecurity industry experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to lead dispersed teams and establish operational processes
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for metrics, performance insights, and AI readiness
Track record of influencing senior leaders and managing executive searches
Committed to inclusive and equitable hiring practices globally
