In Indonesia, our client works closely with a local technology and operations partner. This role will be employed directly by this local partner, an established Indonesian organisation supporting our client's operational, technical, and service capabilities in the region. While your employment will be with this local partner, you will collaborate daily with our client's international teams and contribute to projects that support our global growth.

Roles and Responsibilities The Business Development Manager will be the core driver behind the company’s growth strategy through new and existing partners in Indonesia.

A professional who can identify and build strong, lasting strategic relationships with new and existing partners and establish a presence, including regulation, where possible.

The ideal candidate will have strong and proven track record of business development through partners in a similar role and should have strong technical knowledge and understanding of the FX, CFD and Crypto market, and ideally have existing relationships in the company’s target regions. The candidate should have experience leading teams and consistently achieving challenging targets.

Role Responsibilities

Consistently meet and exceed targets on Revenue, Trading Volume and Active Clients in the targeted countries.

Execute the company’s growth strategy based on Introducing Brokers, Strategic Partners and BDMs in Indonesia to increase revenue and expand our regional footprint.

Lead expansion in new markets within Indonesia by building new strategic partnerships in the region and leverage existing and past partner relationships.

Use your existing network to grow indirect contribution through new partners, identify key players and create the environment for new partnerships.

Proactively identify opportunities to improve current processes across functional areas, optimizing our procedures for efficiency and productivity.

Collaborate with internal colleagues to deliver a frictionless experience for our partners and clients.

5+ years’ experience as a commercial development manager or partnerships manager in the trading industry (specifically in FX or CFD)

Transferable book of business desirable.

Ability to execute and plan in tandem

Showcase initiative and an entrepreneurial attitude

Outstanding problem-solving skills

Strong decision-making capabilities

Highly self-motivated and self-driven

Native Bahasa speaker with strong command of English

Able to work under tight deadlines and drive the team to effectively deliver commercial goals
