Job Description This role will identify, attract, and hire highly skilled specialist talent to meet the organization's needs. This role requires a deep understanding of the education industry, exceptional recruitment skills, great networking in the community, and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders Collaborate with management team to define & align hiring needs Actively source candidates using various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and employee referrals Review and sort incoming resumes, ensuring they are properly logged into tracking systems. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring cycles Guide candidates through the recruitment process, providing timely communication and updates Lead salary and benefit negotiations, ensuring alignment with company compensation policies

Qualifications Having minimum 1 years of experience in executive hiring Having experience in recruitment consultancy and handling healthcare client/education sector is a plus Having experience in interviewing candidates with behavioral event interview method Strong in analytical thinking & negotiation skills
