HR Manager to lead operational HR in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role will work closely with the

AVP Human Capital to ensure strong execution, compliance alignment, and organizational stability. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations Supervise HR team including C&B/Payroll and HR Operations Oversee payroll administration and ensure reporting accuracy Execute compliance processes in alignment with OJK and Indonesian labor regulations Handle Industrial Relations cases and workforce adjustments Lead recruitment execution aligned with approved manpower planning Prepare structured HR operational reports for management Report directly to the Country Head of HR Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably within Fintech / P2P Lending Strong exposure to OJK regulatory environment Proven experience handling Industrial Relations cases Experience navigating fast-changing and high-pressure business dynamics Strong stakeholder management capability High integrity, structured thinking, and calm under pressure What We Value
