Minimum 3 years of experience as Quality Assurance / Business QA / QA Analyst or similar role.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience in testing web, mobile, and API-based applications.

Good understanding of digital banking products or financial services (banking experience is a plus).

Familiar with Agile/Scrum delivery environments.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.

Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Execute and manage end-to-end testing to ensure digital banking products meet business requirements and user expectations.

Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and UAT based on business flows, PRD, and user journeys.

Perform functional, regression, UAT, and integration testing across web, mobile, and API platforms.

Validate business processes for digital banking products, including payments, onboarding, financing, wealth, and API platforms.

Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and external partners to validate new features, APIs, and integrations.

Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and business validation before release.
