Air Export Supervisor

Human Resources Business Partner at CEVA Logistics Job Description:

Communication with Network, Sales, and Vendor.

Communication with airlines for booking space, checking rate, negotiate rate, and monitoring after shipment depart.

Communication with Road team for trucking booking and PIB team for draft PEB.

Communication with shipper.

Prepare draft hawb/mawb and revised hawb/mawb.

Monitor Air Export shipment are running well and follow SOP.

Check IATA invoice and airlines invoice.

Monitor KPI and make sure to meet KPI.

Do Accrual.

Monitor Un-billing invoice, autorating, discrepancy, speed of invoice and balance of storage deposit.

Coordination with IFFO operation and ensure shipment smoothly from begining until finish.

Monitor outward manifest.

Understand and implement all the rules governed by the QHSE policies and SOPs, and obey HSE Regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from recognized university or relevant qualifications.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in an Forwarding / Logistics company in a fast paced and dynamic multi-cultural MNC environment with a leadership position.

Excellent / fluent oral, written and presentation skills in English.

Excellent teamwork and leading skills.

Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.

Goal oriented, motivated self-starter with excellent organization skills and ability to multi tasks.
