Contact Center Agent – Hotels

Handle calls and emails professionally. Provide accurate information about services. Upsell properties or services within the hotel chain to potential and existing customers. Qualifications

Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in any major. 2–3 years of experience in Hospitality, Contact Center/Call Center, Customer Service, or Sales. Fluent in English , with the ability to communicate clearly and confidently in both spoken and written form. Communicative and customer-oriented. Willing to work on a shifting schedule, including weekends and public holidays. Open to candidates with disabilities (must be able to see, speak, and type). Immediate availability to join on
