If you are someone with:
3–5 years of experience in social media, content, or digital community roles
Proven hands-on experience executing product launch content on social platforms
Strong understanding of TikTok content mechanics, trends, and performance drivers
Comfortable building content plans and campaign flows across funnel stages
Data-aware: able to read performance metrics and translate insights into actions
Social, proactive, and comfortable engaging directly with users
Experience in tech, smartphones, gaming, consumer electronics, lifestyle, FMCG, or agency environments is a plus
Interest in tech, gaming, smartphones, automotive, or pop culture is a strong plus
And you are ready to be:
Lead new product launch storytelling across TikTok and other key social platforms
Plan and execute full-funnel social campaigns (Awareness → Interest → Purchase → Loyalty)
Translate product features into clear, benefit-led stories for different audience segments
Execute end-to-end: content planning, scripting, posting, optimization, and iteration
Apply platform-native content mechanics (hooks, formats, trends, retention-first storytelling)
Adapt launch narratives across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and X
Track performance metrics and optimize content based on platform signals and audience response
Support the development and management of iQOO’s owned community ecosystem (starting with Discord)
Encourage and amplify positive VOC through reviews, UGC, and peer discussions
Help activate loyal users into advocates and community ambassadors
Contribute to community programs, engagement activities, and member initiatives
Collaborate on referral, loyalty, or incentive-based programs that support organic growth
Monitor sentiment, engagement, and qualitative community insights
