Site Acquisition Officer

Overview

Site Sourcing & Acquisition: Proactively identify and scout new strategic locations or buildings for Pandai Gadai branches in accordance with company expansion targets. Strategic Market Analysis: Analyze demographics, foot traffic, competitor proximity, and local regulations to determine the viability of a potential site. Negotiation & Deal Closing: Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and building owners. Negotiate lease prices, duration, and terms/conditions to ensure maximum benefit for the company. Legal & Documentation: Facilitate the initial administrative process, including checking building permits (IMB/PBG), land certificates, and lease agreements. Pre-Opening Support: Coordinate with the project team to ensure the transition from acquisition to branch setup is seamless. Willing and able to work with high mobility, conducting daily field visits. Strong analytical and systematic thinking, with the ability to make decisions based on on-site findings and data. Good communication skills, target-driven, and able to build strong relationships with property owners. min experience 1 year Owns a personal motorcycle and holds a valid motorcycle driving license (SIM C). Resides in the JADEBEK area (Jakarta, Depok, Bekasi). Qualifications
