JR101074## Role PurposeWe are seeking a motivated Graduate Digital Solutions Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of digital tools that improve business processes, data quality, and decision‐making.This role is ideal for a recent graduate with strong analytical skills and an interest in low‐code/no‐code development, data, and automation, who wants to build practical solutions using platforms such as Quickbase, FastField, Power BI, Excel, and Python, while developing a solid understanding of databases and systems integration.## Key ResponsibilitiesApplication Development (Low‐Code / No‐Code)Assist in the development and configuration of Quickbase applications to support business workflows, data capture, and reporting.Build and maintain FastField mobile forms for field data collection and operational use.Support enhancements, testing, and documentation of low‐code/no‐code solutions.Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into functional digital solutions.## Data & AutomationDevelop and maintain Python scripts to automate data processing, validation, and integration tasks.Create and manage Excel spreadsheets and models using formulas, Power Query, and macros where appropriate.Support data integrations between systems using APIs, exports/imports, or automation tools.## Reporting & AnalyticsBuild and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insights into operational and project data.Assist with data modelling, cleaning, and transformation to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.Support users in understanding and using dashboards and reports effectively.## Databases & Technical FoundationsWork with relational databases (e.g. understanding tables, relationships, keys, and basic SQL concepts).Help maintain data integrity, structure, and documentation across applications.Learn and apply best practices for data security, privacy, and version control.## Collaboration & LearningCollaborate with senior developers, analysts, and business users on digital initiatives.Participate in code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement activities.Actively build technical capability across platforms and tools used by the team.## Skills & Experience### EssentialRecent graduate (or final‐year student) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.Basic experience or coursework exposure to:Python (scripting, data manipulation).Databases and data structures.Excel for data analysis and modelling.Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.Clear communication skills and willingness to work with non‐technical stakeholders.Curiosity and eagerness to learn new platforms and technologies.### DesirableExposure to Quickbase, FastField, or other low‐code/no‐code platforms.Familiarity with Power BI, Power Query, or similar BI tools.Basic understanding of APIs, JSON, or data integration concepts.Experience with SQL, Git, or automation tools (e.g. Power Automate).Internship, project, or capstone experience involving data or application development.## Personal AttributesLogical thinker with attention to detail.Comfortable working with data and systems.Proactive, organised, and open to feedback.Interested in building practical, real‐world digital solutions.## What We OfferStructured learning and mentoring from experienced digital and data professionals.Hands‐on experience across low‐code platforms, analytics, and automation.Exposure to real business problems and enterprise‐scale systems.Clear development pathway into digital, data, or software roles.[](blob:https://beca.wd105.myworkdayjobs.com/d9f7a444-81e9-456c-b436-671da2f319ff)0:00 / 0:59Make everyday better
