Risk Management Spesialist

Responsibilities

Support the implementation of risk management activities across operational, credit, liquidity, and market risk areas in accordance with established policies and frameworks.

Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements (including POJK) and ensure procedures are properly applied in daily operations.

Perform risk identification, assessment, monitoring, and mitigation activities under the guidance of supervisors and in line with approved frameworks and guidelines.

Coordinate with internal teams to collect risk-related data and support risk management initiatives.

Prepare draft risk reports and documentation for internal review and regulatory submission.

Support the assessment of risks related to new products, systems, or operational changes and assist in implementing appropriate controls.

Escalate potential risk issues in a timely manner to supervisors or relevant stakeholders.

Promote risk awareness by adhering to compliance standards, ethical principles, and company policies.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in the mining or manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to risk management or compliance functions.

Basic understanding of risk management principles and regulatory requirements (including POJK).

Experience supporting risk management activities within operational environments is an advantage.

Good analytical skills to identify issues and support risk mitigation processes.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work systematically.

Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa, both written and verbal.

Ability to prepare reports, document findings, and communicate risk-related information clearly.
