Logistic Operation

Job Descriptions: Manage daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch Ensure inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits Monitor and improve warehouse KPIs (OTIF, productivity, accuracy, shrinkage, etc.) Lead and supervise warehouse staff, including manpower planning and performance management Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards Coordinate with supply chain, procurement, and transportation teams to ensure smooth operations Optimize warehouse layout, processes, and systems to improve efficiency and reduce cost Handle reporting and operational analysis for continuous improvement Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field Fresh graduates or 3+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations Strong understanding of WMS and inventory control systems Proven leadership and team management skills Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
