Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Event Coordinator role located in Jambi. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for organizing and managing events, liaising with clients to understand their needs, overseeing event execution, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Additional responsibilities include maintaining communication with stakeholders, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to sales initiatives while meeting company standards.

Key Responsibilities

Planning & Execution:

Coordinate all event logistics and event executions.

Vendor Management:

Source, negotiate with, and manage relationships with external vendors and suppliers.

Budget Oversight:

Manage event budgets strictly, ensuring high-quality results while maintaining cost-effectiveness.

On-Site Coordination:

Act as the primary point of contact during events to troubleshoot issues and ensure a seamless experience for attendees.

Marketing Support:

Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events across social media and digital channels.

Post-Event Analysis:

Conduct wrap-up meetings and provide reports on event ROI, attendance, and feedback.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

Experience in Sales and a customer-centric approach

Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for details

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is advantageous

Experience in planning and executing professional or social events is a plus
