Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Patient Service Representative based in Denpasar, with opportunities for some remote work. This is a

full-time hybrid or fully remote role

focused on intelligent communication, scheduling, and closing—supported by AI agents and interactive training. No cold outreach. No scripts. No micromanagement.

The Patient Service Representative will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling patient communications via phone calls, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role also involves verifying insurance details, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with medical office tasks as needed to support excellent patient care.

Compensation Competitive base salary (both companies) Sales commission on closed revenue

Must Have Qualifications High EQ and IQ Interest in science, health, or biotech Self-directed, fast learner, outcome-driven Prior health/wellness or research exposure a plus

Transferable Qualifications Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient workflows Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills Experience with Insurance Verification processes and understanding of coverage policies Familiarity with Medical Terminology to facilitate clinical and patient interactions Knowledge or experience working in a Medical Office environment Attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills Previous experience in healthcare settings and bilingual abilities are advantageous
