Purchasing Supervisor - Furniture Manufacture

PERSOL is currently assisting our client from Furniture (Manufacture) company who is looking for Purchasing Supervisor to be placed in Lamongan - East java, with responsibility as follows: Manage procurement of raw materials, hardware, accessories, and all direct materials needed for production Handle non-direct purchases such as office supplies, services, maintenance items, and other company needs Select, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best quality, price, and delivery Monitor purchase orders, delivery schedules, and inventory levels Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments to ensure smooth operations Maintain accurate purchasing records and reports Ensure all purchasing processes follow company policies and procedures Communicate effectively with local and international suppliers in English Manage team and directly report to the Owner

Qualifications: Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Supply Chain, Business, or related field) Experienced as Purchasing Lead, preferably more than 3+ in Furniture Manufacturing industry Good negotiation, communication, and organizational skills Able to communicate in English (spoken and written) Strong attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines Willing to be placed in Lamongan
