About the Role

We are looking for a hands‑on technical to drive the end‑to‑end development of a new tech‑enabled product line. This role combines hardware engineering, embedded/firmware development, and product development leadership. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to transform concepts into market‑ready, scalable products.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development cycle from concepting, prototyping, verification, to manufacturing readiness.

Translate product needs into clear technical requirements and engineering specifications.

Oversee hardware, electronics, and firmware development, ensuring seamless system integration.

Manage testing and validation processes to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance.

Work with manufacturing partners on DFM, quality control, tooling, and certification processes.

Identify technical risks and propose solutions that balance feasibility, cost, and user experience.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with Strategy, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

5‑10+ years of experience in hardware/firmware development for tech‑enabled devices (wearables, IoT, or consumer devices preferred).

Strong understanding of electronics design, microcontrollers, sensors, connectivity modules, and power systems.

Proven experience bringing a device from concept through mass production.

Experience working with EMS partners and manufacturing ecosystems.

Strong problem solving, execution mindset, and ability to lead technical decisions.
