Performance & Benefit Officer

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end process of employee insurance registration (new hires, leavers, dependent changes) with the external vendor

Process company-paid benefits, such as benefit renewals, monthly invoicing, and financial administrations

Act as the initial point of contact to vendors regarding their benefits, insurance coverage, and/or perks

Maintain confidential records of all performance data, insurance policies, and benefits expenditure documents.

Ensure all administrative actions adhere strictly to the established Benefits SOPs and WI

Assist performance team in gathering, collating, and tracking employee and departmental OKRs/KPIs data across the organization.

Assist performance team in all administrations needed during OPR cycle.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field.

Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level), including the ability to utilize essential functions like XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data sorting.

Fast learner, proactive, and demonstrate the initiative to ensure all inputted data is correct and accurate.

Strong Analytical and Problem‑Solving Skills.

Exceptional attention to detail. Must possess high levels of integrity and a strong customer service orientation towards employees regarding their benefits.

Prior Internship experience in an HR function or a highly data‑intensive role is strongly preferred.
