will play a crucial role in driving the business forward by leading key commercial functions across the organization—covering contract management, procurement, supply chain and logistics, warehouse & stores, strategic risk management, and business continuity. This position reports directly to the President Director & CEO Job Requirements: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or a related field MBA or Engineering Degree preferred Minimum 20 years of working experience and strong understanding of global supply chains and logistics operations within Oil & Gas, Energy, Petrochemical, or Global Manufacturing companies In-depth knowledge and certifications in: Contract & Commercial Management (e.g. CCCM, IACCM) Supply Chain & Procurement (e.g. CPSM, CIPS) Risk Management (e.g. CRM, PMI-RMP) Proficiency in SAP ERP systems and digital procurement tools Exceptional negotiation and contract management skills Strong understanding of global supply chains, logistics operations, and international trade terms Expertise in risk management and business continuity planning Strong leadership and team development capabilities Strategic thinker with problem-solving mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience engaging stakeholders at all levels High integrity, result-oriented, adaptive in dynamic environments, and creative with solution-oriented mindset

Job Responsibilities: The Commercial Head will oversee the following areas across the entire group and all locations (Head Office & Operational Facilities): Contract Management – Ensure effective governance, negotiation, and execution of commercial agreements Procurement – Lead operational and project procurement activities to ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and compliance Supply Chain Management – Develop and optimize end-to-end supply chain strategies to improve operational performance Logistics Management – Oversee transportation and distribution to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery Warehouse & Stores – Ensure proper inventory control, storage, and material availability Product Market Research & Development – Identify and explore new product opportunities and emerging markets Corporate Commercial Strategy – Drive group-wide commercial strategy aligned with business and sustainability goals

Additionally, this role will: Develop and implement business continuity plans and risk mitigation strategies Represent the company in key negotiations, partnerships, and industry events Collaborate with cross-functional leaders including finance, legal, operations, and supply chain Lead and mentor a high-performing commercial team, fostering innovation, accountability, and excellence Promote compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Management System (SMK3) and Environmental Management System (SML)
