ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Support and supervise five Team Leaders to maintain smooth daily operations in managing approximately 198 client entities.

Monitor and guide Team Leaders and team members to ensure all payroll processes follow SOPs and meet client deadlines.

Oversee and review payroll results to ensure accuracy, compliance with BPJS and tax regulations, and onโ€‘time delivery.

Support new client implementations โ€” ensure setup, configuration, and signโ€‘off are completed accurately and on schedule.

Assist in resolving issues or escalations encountered by the payroll team.

Communicate with clients when needed and ensure all matters are handled promptly and properly.

Provide regular updates and reports on payroll performance and team progress.

Work with the Director and other Senior Managers on improvement strategies and operational efficiency initiatives.

QUALIFICATION

Bachelorโ€™s or masterโ€™s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related fields.

5-10 years relevant working experience as Payroll Manager in the Payroll provider industries or Management consulting firms.

Excellent communication skills at all levels in a professional manner.

Ability to solve problems, think critically, and analytically.

Attention to detail, accuracy, focus, and reliability.

Able to work effectively under pressure while maintaining quality work at all times.

Adaptable to change, independent, proactive, and proactive.

Advance Excel skill and Payroll tools.

Brevet A and B tax certification.
