Strategic Planning Assist management in executing the company's PDCA cycle (planning and review processes such as in COE). Gather data and conduct research for developing company strategies. Manage company strategies from vision and mission to KPIs and activity plans across departments. Prepare monthly reports, company reviews, ad-hoc management meetings, and follow up on meeting minutes (MOM). Innovation Facilitate and organize improvement activities (training, campaigns, promotions, material collection, judging, conventions). Collect and review results of improvements and innovations presented. Participate in external company improvement activities. Document each process and result of improvement activities. Supporting Tasks Support the Legal Department in preparing materials for Board meetings according to the agenda. Prepare Annual Reports with related departments. Facilitate project development updates to Management. Collaborate with HR in organizing management and employee townhall meetings. Authority Provide research data, macro conditions, industry benchmarks, and comparisons. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Economics & Business, Data Analytics/Information Science, or Mathematics/Statistics. Fresh graduates or with a maximum of 1 year work experience. Proficient in English. Skilled in Microsoft 365. Excellent analytical skills. Customer-oriented, proactive, and initiative-taking. Willing to learn and develop. Committed to excellence, adaptable, and problem-solving. Ability to think holistically and integratively. Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships across organizational levels.
