Corporate Finance Manager
Corporate Finance Manager
to lead financial planning, deal evaluation, and strategic investment initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end financial analysis, supporting mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital structure optimization, and providing strategic insights to senior management.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Planning
Develop financial models to assess investment opportunities, new ventures, or expansion projects.
Provide financial insights to support long-term business strategies and corporate decisions.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial health across business units.
2. Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A)
Lead financial due diligence and valuation for acquisition targets, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
Coordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and consultants during deal execution.
Prepare financial projections, synergy analysis, and deal rationale presentations for management approval.
Support post-merger integration activities to ensure financial and operational alignment.
3. Capital & Funding Management
Evaluate capital structure, funding sources, and financing strategies.
Liaise with banks, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity financing activities.
Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital optimization.
4. Financial Governance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with financial and regulatory requirements.
Support management reporting and Board presentations on investment performance, M&A updates, and strategic finance initiatives.
Develop and maintain robust internal financial models and valuation frameworks.
Requirements
Bachelorโs degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred).
5โ8 years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction advisory, or M&A.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis).
Excellent understanding of financial statements and valuation methodologies.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate across departments.
Strong communication skills, especially in presenting complex financial insights to senior stakeholders.
Preferred
Experience in
FMCG, beauty, retail , or
consumer goods
industries.
Exposure to
cross-border M&A
or
Southeast Asia markets
(especially Indonesia).
Prior experience in Big 4 corporate finance advisory or multinational finance teams.
