IT Specialist System - ERP Finance

Degree holder in Computer Science/Physics/Electronics Engineering/Electrical Engineering/Financial or equivalent. Have taken training courses related to Finance. At least 2 years of Finance/IT works related experience in a Manufacturing Industry ERP or Microsoft Dynamics ERP implementation experience is a plus factor but not requisite. Working collaboratively with technical lead, project manager and business users during the phases of requirement, design, and development to ensure quality of deliverables and service. Performing system design, analysis (including customization, interfaces, functions, and reporting), development testing, user training and new features release. Provide financial support and problem resolution; collaborate with other teams to create quicker issue resolution to achieve high customer satisfaction. Answer escalation questions and provide consulting service for internal colleagues where appropriate. Data analysis and reporting.
