Job Description
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients, telco operators, and strategic partners in Indonesia
Act as the primary point of contact for daily account operations, coordination, and issue resolution
Ensure smooth client onboarding, service activation, and post go-live support
Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure service stability and performance -Monitor account performance, transaction volumes and revenue trends
Identify and execute upsell and crosssell opportunities within existing accounts
Support contract renewals, commercial negotiations, pricing alignment, and service scope discussions
Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts to management
Ensure all activities comply with local regulations or telco standards.
Qualification
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or Client Success.
Prior experience in the telecommunications industry or established relationships with key telco stakeholders.
Strong background in MVAS and / or DCB, or Telco-related services.
Solid understanding of service operations, and partner management.
