Job Summary

The Social Media & Content Marketing Lead is responsible for shaping Axioo’s digital presence across all social platforms. This role leads content strategy, social media execution, and creative storytelling to strengthen brand awareness, engagement, and business impact. You will manage a team, collaborate cross‑functionally, and ensure Axioo’s brand voice stays relevant in Indonesia’s fast‑moving digital culture. 1. Develop and execute integrated social media & content strategies aligned with brand and business goals. 2. Define KPIs, targets, and measurement frameworks for all social and content initiatives. 3. Identify trends, platform updates, and content opportunities relevant to Indonesian audiences. 4. Lead content planning, calendars, and campaign ideation across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook). 5. Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and visual identity. 6. Oversee content production including copywriting, video concepts, scripts, and storytelling. 7. Lead, mentor, and develop social media & content teams. 8. Collaborate with internal teams (Product, Design, Sales, PR, E‑commerce). 9. Monitor, analyze, and report social media and content performance. 10.
