Senior B2B Sales
who can identify opportunities, build strong client relationships, and initiate conversations that lead to impactful Digital Twin solutions.

GONSTERS , we develop cutting-edge Digital Twin technology to revolutionize manufacturing operations. By connecting machines, systems, and people through smart integration and real-time data, we help manufacturers unlock new levels of efficiency, transparency, and performance.
Your Tasks
Identify and engage prospective clients in the industrial/manufacturing sector
Act as the first point of contact, opening doors for our Technical Solutions team to explore and deliver tailored solutions
Build and nurture strong client relationships across multiple decision-makers
Understand client needs and translate them into actionable sales opportunities
Collaborate with technical and product teams to shape proposals and strategic approaches
Drive the entire sales cycle from lead generation, pitch, negotiation, to deal closure
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in industrial technology, automation, or software solutions
Well-groomed and presentable appearance
Strong knowledge of manufacturing or industrial operations
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Collaborative mindset with ability to work cross-functionally with technical and product teams
Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional language is a plus
Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and industry events
