Head of Service Operation

We’re a Premium Automobile Brand, subsidiary of Indomobil Group, looking for Head of Service Operation to support the growth of a Chinese luxury car brand in Indonesia.

We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic leader who can elevate our After‑Sales operations to the next level.

Job Responsibilities

Planning, creating business plan and controlling its implementation

Creating, defining, and implementing the After Sales Standards

Ensure every customer complaint is handled promptly and professionally in accordance with established procedures

Monitoring the nationally applied Service Pricing Policy

Controlling and audit the overall operations of the Service Operation Department

Providing recommendations to the Parts Department to enhance supply ratio and strengthen customer service image

Collaborate closely with other departments across the company, and lead coaching, counseling, and training to elevate team competency

Work directly with the Principal to make strategic decisions within your area of responsibility

Preparing facilities and resources to support departmental operations

Proactively identify new opportunities to drive the growth of the Spare Parts Department

Job Requirements

Minimum Bachelor’s degree from any major

Minimum 5 years of working experience in Automotive Industry

Experience in planning and executing business strategies.

Strong knowledge of After‑Sales operations and standards

Customer-oriented, able to ensure fast and professional complaint handling

Understanding of national Service Pricing Policies

Ability to supervise, control, and audit service operations

Skilled in coordinating with Parts Department to improve supply performance and customer satisfaction

Strong teamwork and cross-department collaboration skillsCapable of coaching, counseling, and training service teams

Confident in working with Principals and making strategic decisions

Able to manage facilities and resources to support operations

Proactive in identifying new business opportunities, especially in Spare Parts Department growth

Has excellent leadership, strategic thinking, analytical skills, interpersonal skills, problem solving and strong verbal and written communication

Excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia
