Responsibilities
Direct supervise, coordinate and manage the business process of Regional Distributors within the territorial coverage, in alignment with Beiersdorf’s objectives, strategies and business process plan
Monitor sales program execution and sales performance in alignment with Beiersdorf’s objectives and strategies
Monitor and execute company fundamental strategy 5 STARS program (MSL, TOP 10, AVC, AO, Unbilled Account)
Developing, training and ensure sales operation team both internal and external team in area is able to deliver high performance of BDF sales KPIs
Distributor management, Territory management, Distribution management, Sales data analysis and People development
Able to operate Microsoft Office and expert in presentation skills
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from all majors.
Minimum 4 years of experience as Supervisor or Manager in FMCG Company and 1–2 years in same or similar position
Willing to be placed in Batam, with strong sales experience in Batam, Tanjung Pinang & Jambi.
High negotiation and communication skills; good analytical thinking; able to work in team; strong leadership and achievement oriented
