Aftersales Manager Tractor

Overview

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technical, Agricultural Science or related field.

Minimum 3 year of experience as an Supervisor/Asst. Manager or 2 years as Manager from a well-known brand of tractor product.

Have a good managerial skills and proven experience to manage a team

Strong technical knowledge of tractors/machinery, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work as a team.

Willingness to travel in various regions to support dealer networks or key accounts

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement short- and long-term strategies to achieve service department business goals.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, handle complaints, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Oversee daily operations of the service and parts departments, including workshop management, staff utilization, and safety standards.

Drive parts and service sales while identifying opportunities for service upselling.

Coordinate technical support, diagnostics, and warranty claims in accordance with brand standards.

Support effective spare parts inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels.

Train, mentor, and monitor team performance to ensure high-quality service delivery.
