About the role This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Accounting and Tax professional to join the dynamic team at PT Trans Ocean Consulting. As a full‑time role based in Jakarta Raya, you will play a vital part in supporting the company's financial reporting and tax compliance functions.

What you’ll be doing

Overseeing the full accounting cycle, including month‑end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting

Preparing and reviewing complex financial statements, budgets, and ad‑hoc financial analyses

Ensuring compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Managing tax planning, tax returns, and tax audits

Providing strategic financial advice to support the company's decision‑making

Mentoring and developing more junior members of the accounting team

What we’re looking for

8+ years of post‑qualification experience in accounting and tax, ideally within a large organisation or professional services firm

Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations

Proficient in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis

Excellent problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills

A proven track record of leading and developing high‑performing teams

A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
