Responsibilities
Partner closely with business department heads to understand operational needs and deliver strategic HR solutions.
Manage Industrial Relations (IR) matters — liaising with government agencies externally and handling employer relations internally.
Be familiar with all HR functional areas, with a strong focus on Talent Development — identifying employee growth needs and formulating effective development strategies.
Promote and reinforce company culture by deeply understanding and disseminating cultural values, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Proactively identify employee‑related issues, respond and resolve concerns effectively, and enhance overall employee engagement and sense of belonging.
Ensure HR policies, compliance, and employee relations practices are effectively managed and aligned with company standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.
Proactive, business‑minded, and results‑oriented.
Fluent in English & Mandarin (both written and spoken is a must).
