Requirements For General Manager Open to Expatriate candidates Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar executive role within the hospitality industry Minimum 5 years of hotel experience in the same position, preferably in 4 or 5-star properties Strong operational, financial, and leadership skills Ability to develop and execute strategic business plans Commitment to guest service excellence and team engagement Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue management to ensure the hotel’s profitability Ability to handle unexpected issues efficiently and maintain high standards of services
