Responsibilities
Create, execute, and evaluate comprehensive partnership strategies, including identifying new partners and building a pipeline of prospects
Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue and market growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
Lead partnership negotiations, including contracts, pricing, and terms
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations) to launch and manage partnership programs
Track partnership performance using KPIs and provide regular reporting to leadership
Identify new business opportunities within existing partnerships
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Stay informed on market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging partnership opportunities
What You Will Do:

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
Min. 2 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or strategic alliances
Proven track record of closing and managing high-value partnerships
Strong negotiation and contract management skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
Analytical mindset with experience using CRM and performance tracking tools
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Full WFO at Wisma 46 Jakarta Pusat
Person We Are Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
