Senior Learning and Development Manager

Overview

FINNS Beach Club is looking for a Senior Learning & Development Manager. Drive strategic learning and development initiatives across FINNS, fostering employee growth and aligning training programs with organizational goals. The role involves managing multiple teams, including the English Division, e-Learning Manager, and Learning Manager, while delivering impactful training solutions through innovative and scalable methods. Responsibilities

Lead and oversee English Division, e-Learning Manager, and Learning Manager to align with goals. Develop and execute strategic learning frameworks to enhance skills & performance. Collaborate with department heads to identify and implement training needs. Leverage innovative practices and technology for impactful training delivery, including virtual, in-person, and hybrid methods. Assess training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement. Manage L&D budgets and optimizing resources for maximum impact. Drive a culture of professional growth and leadership development within the organization. Foster leadership development and succession planning through targeted programs. Collaborate with HR and senior management to align learning initiatives with organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends for cutting-edge training solutions. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Education, Psychology or related field (Master’s preferred). 5+ years of leadership experience in L&D managing teams. Expertise in diverse training methods, including e-Learning and leadership program. Strong analytical skills to measure training effectiveness and drive improvements. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence teams. Proficient in English (Written & Spoken), additional languages are a plus. Experience in fast-paced, large workforce environments.
