Operations & Growth Associate

to work directly with the founder and help turn ideas into execution across the entire business.

This is a

high-ownership, generalist role . You will touch marketing, market research, supplier and partner outreach, sales support, operations, and everything in between. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, learns quickly, and wants to understand how a business is built end-to-end.

This is

not

a narrow specialist role and

not

a traditional corporate job. Priorities will change, processes will evolve, and you will be expected to figure things out independently.

What You’ll Do

Research markets, competitors, pricing, and customer needs

Summarize findings into clear, actionable insights

Support decision-making with structured analysis

Identify and contact suppliers, partners, and potential clients

Manage outreach emails, follow-ups, and basic negotiations

Maintain organized records of conversations and outcomes

Marketing & Growth Execution

Create and coordinate marketing materials (email, landing pages, basic content)

Support social media, outreach campaigns, and lead generation

Test messaging and channels, track results, and suggest improvements

Assist with lead qualification and early sales conversations Schedule meetings and follow up with prospects

Collect and organize customer feedback

Operations & Business Support

Set up and improve internal processes and documentation

Help select and manage tools (CRM, project management, automation)

Handle ad-hoc projects that move the business forward

Skills & Experience Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Ability to research, synthesize information, and present clear conclusions

High level of organization and self-management

Preferred (Not Required)

Experience at a startup, small business, or consulting environment

Exposure to marketing, sales, operations, or business development

Cold outreach or customer communication experience

Basic design or no-code tool experience (Canva, Webflow, Zapier)

Background in business, economics, engineering, or similar

What Success Looks Like After 3 months, you:

Can independently execute projects with minimal supervision

Understand the business, customers, and market deeply

Have created documentation and repeatable processes

Actively identify problems and propose solutions

This role will evolve as the company grows.

Take ownership of specific functions over time

Grow into a senior operations, growth, or strategy role

Work closely with leadership and influence company direction
