Legal Supervisor

Responsibilities

Manage hotel operational licensing (NIB, TDUP, SLF, PBG/IMB, environmental permits, and other required licenses). Review and draft legal agreements (MoU, vendor contracts, tenancy, event agreements). Ensure legal compliance and monitor the validity of all licenses. Provide legal opinions and support to hotel operations. Handle non-litigation matters (letters, mediation) and coordinate with external legal partners. Maintain legal documentation and conduct regular legal audits. Qualifications

King’s Degree in Law (Master’s degree is an advantage). Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Legal roles; experience in hotel/hospitality/property is preferred. Strong knowledge of OSS RBA and hotel-related permits. Excellent in contract drafting, communication, and negotiation. Detail-oriented, high integrity, and able to work under deadlines.
