2. Franchise Operations Management
Provide operational guidance and support to franchise outlets to ensure smooth daily operations.
Monitor franchise performance including sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and operational compliance.
Conduct regular store visits or audits to ensure adherence to brand standards and operating procedures.
Support franchisees in solving operational challenges.
3. Training & Onboarding
Lead the onboarding process for new franchise partners.
Coordinate training programs for franchise owners and their staff (operations, food preparation, service standards).
Ensure franchise teams understand and follow company SOPs.
4. Brand & Quality Control
Ensure all franchise outlets maintain brand standards, product quality, and customer experience.
Monitor compliance with company guidelines including menu standards, food safety, hygiene, and service quality.
Implement quality control systems and periodic audits.
5. Business Performance & Growth
Analyze sales performance and identify opportunities to improve revenue and profitability.
Support franchisees in marketing initiatives, promotions, and local partnerships.
Work with marketing and product teams to implement new menu launches and campaigns across franchise locations.
6. Communication & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact between franchise partners and the company.
Build strong relationships with franchisees to ensure long-term collaboration and success.
Facilitate regular franchise meetings, feedback sessions, and performance reviews.
