Senior Industry Analyst

Responsibilities Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments aligned with company objectives. Perform in-depth market, industry, and competitive research to assess growth opportunities and strategic fit. Partner with cross-functional teams — including finance, product, operations, and legal — to manage due diligence and integration planning. Translate data insights and business metrics into actionable strategies that strengthen operational and financial performance. Develop board-level investment memos, presentations, and business cases for leadership and executive decision-making. Support post-deal integration and performance tracking to ensure synergy realization and alignment with strategic goals.

Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate development, strategy, management consulting, or investment-related roles. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred. Proven track record in strategic analysis, project leadership, and data-driven decision-making. Solid understanding of financial modeling, valuation principles, and business case development (experience using Excel, SQL, or Python for analysis a plus). Strong background in cross-functional collaboration, driving initiatives with diverse teams such as sales, product, operations, and risk. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex insights into clear executive recommendations. Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or related growth sectors is an advantage, though candidates with proven strategic impact in adjacent industries are encouraged to apply.
