Senior Section Head Operation Non-DKI

Responsibilities

Analyze and propose improvements to business processes to enhance operational efficiency and service quality in Motor Vehicle Insurance operations.

Execute and monitor improvement projects to ensure successful implementation and alignment with performance KPIs.

Supervise and control all operational activities, including complaint handling, to ensure service level agreement (SLA) compliance.

Lead and manage a team of ±30 people, consisting of Coordinators and Surveyors across branch locations.

Monitor and improve service delivery and processes in alignment with operational KPIs for Motor Vehicle Insurance services.

Provide operational support at the assigned branch location (Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung), ensuring branch performance meets company standards.

Requirements

Min. bachelor’s degree (S1), preferably in Engineering.

Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a similar operational function.

Willing to be placed in Jakarta, Medan, Surabaya, or Bandung .

Experience in financial services is preferred

Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.

Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment with a continuous improvement mindset.
