Job Description

Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority, etc.)

Drafted various drafts and edit the contract templates

Conduct perform legal research as needed, and support projects as requested

Assist and provide advice to the Company in litigation cases (if necessary)

Doing advisory and review on companies' legal documents.

Provide advice and support for cross-functional departments from legal & compliance aspects.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Law, Master's Degree in Law would be an advantage

Strong knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations

Experience with contract drafting and negotiation

Strong knowledge of Collective Labor Agreement (PKB), UU CK, and Partnership.

At least 4 years of working experience in the Outsourcing Industry

Have good communication and interpersonal skills

Good command of English (both oral and written)
