Role Overview We are seeking a

Senior ERP Consultant

to lead

end-to-end ERP engagements

for

Rockeye ERP

across Indonesia. This role combines

pre-sales solutioning, post-sales implementation ownership, and deep functional consulting , working closely with enterprise and mid-market clients.

This is a

high-visibility, business-critical role

with strong upside through

performance-based incentives and growth opportunities .

Key Responsibilities Act as the

primary ERP solution advisor

during pre-sales discussions.

Lead

ERP demos, requirement workshops, and solution walkthroughs .

Conduct

fit–gap analysis , solution design, and effort estimation.

Support

RFPs, proposals, and commercial discussions

in coordination with sales teams.

Own

functional delivery

post-deal closure.

Lead

requirement finalisation, solution configuration, UAT, and go-live support .

Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to ensure

timely and accurate execution .

Functional Consulting & Client Enablement

Provide functional expertise across

Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, CRM, and Reporting .

Translate client business processes into

ERP configurations and functional documentation .

Conduct

user training, workshops, and change management support .

Stakeholder & Partner Management

Act as a

trusted advisor

to customers throughout the ERP lifecycle.

Collaborate with

partner sales, product, and delivery teams

to ensure alignment and success.

Required Skills & Experience 6–10+ years

of ERP consulting experience.

Strong exposure to

both pre-sales and post-sales ERP engagements .

Experience working in

partner-led ERP delivery environments .

Solid functional understanding of ERP modules and business processes.

Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently with

ownership mindset .

Preferred Qualifications Experience with

Tier-2 / Tier-3 ERP systems .

Industry exposure in

Manufacturing, Distribution, Retail, or Services .

Experience supporting ERP practice growth or regional expansion is an advantage.
