Operational Head

About the role We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operational Head to join our dynamic team at PT PANORAMA WISATA HANDALAN', a leading hospitality and tourism company based in Jakarta. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimising the day-to-day operations of our business, ensuring we deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving operational excellence.

What you'll be doing

Develop and implement comprehensive operational strategies to enhance efficiency, productivity and profitability

Oversee all operational aspects of the business, including customer service, logistics, resource management and budgeting

Identify and resolve operational issues, implementing effective solutions to minimise disruptions and improve performance

Analyse key performance indicators and data to make informed decisions that drive continuous improvement

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to align operations with overall business objectives

Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations, policies and safety standards

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a senior operational management role within the hospitality or tourism industry

Demonstrated success in leading and optimising complex business operations, with a strong track record of driving performance and profitability

In-depth knowledge of operational best practices, KPIs and process improvement methodologies

Excellent leadership, problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong analytical and data-driven approach, with the ability to interpret and leverage insights to inform strategic decisions

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

Tertiary qualification in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is highly desirable
