AI Product Manager

We are looking for an AI Product Manager who is organized, proactive, and passionate about building AI-powered technology products. This role focuses on managing the development and growth of our AI-driven platform, including the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of AI agents. You will work closely with management and engineers to define product features, prioritize development, and ensure projects are delivered smoothly. In addition to product leadership, you should be comfortable contributing to product design and user experience, translating business ideas into practical solutions, and supporting cross-functional initiatives across the team. Key Responsibilities

Define and maintain the product roadmap for our AI-driven platform, including agent-based features and workflows Translate business ideas and requirements into clear product specifications Work closely with engineers to plan, prioritize, and deliver product features Coordinate development timelines and track project progress Design product flows, wireframes, and UI concepts using

Figma

or similar tools Identify opportunities to integrate

AI tools, automation , and

LLM workflows Lead the design, development, and deployment of AI agents — including task-specific agents, multi-agent pipelines, and human-in-the-loop workflows Define agent behavior, capabilities, tool access, and success criteria in collaboration with engineering Monitor and manage live agents in production: track performance, analyze failure modes, and iterate on prompts, logic, and guardrails Collaborate with engineers to implement AI-powered features and improvements Support product testing, feature releases, and iteration cycles Support cross-functional initiatives and operational projects across the team Monitor product performance and recommend improvements Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) Strong proficiency in English, both written and verbal 3–5 years of experience in

Product Management, Project Management, or similar roles Experience working with

technology products or software platforms Ability to create

basic UI/UX designs, wireframes, or product flows Hands‑on experience building, deploying, or managing

AI agents, including defining agent goals, tool use, memory, and escalation logic Familiarity with agentic frameworks and concepts (e.g.,

LangChain, AutoGen, OpenAI Assistants, or similar ) Experience with AI coding and agent platforms such as

Claude Code, OpenClaw, Cursor, Devin, or similar tools Experience with

AI tools, LLM‑powered workflows, or automation platforms Strong organizational and project coordination skills Ability to work closely with engineers and technical teams Analytical, detail‑oriented, and able to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
