Information Technology Product Manager

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team in two key roles:

Product Manager (ERP)

and

Strategy & Roadmap:

Define the SFA and ERP product vision aligned with business goals. Process Optimization:

Diagnose inefficiencies in sales operations or back-office workflows and design scalable, data-driven solutions. Software Delivery:

Manage the product lifecycle across mobile, web, and backend systems using Agile/Scrum practices. Stakeholder Alignment:

Align priorities and expectations between commercial, finance, and IT leaders. Responsibilities – QSR

Product Ownership:

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, definition, delivery, and iteration. Operational Insight:

Deeply understand QSR workflows, such as ordering, kitchen management, payments, and delivery. System Integration:

Coordinate implementations for POS systems, payment gateways, and third-party delivery platforms like GrabFood or GoFood. Performance Monitoring:

Measure product performance using KPIs and continuously improve based on data insights. Qualifications – ERP

Experience:

3–7+ years in Product Management, Business Systems, or ERP/SFA implementation. Technical Knowledge:

Strong grasp of SFA workflows (lead management, route planning) and ERP modules (finance, inventory, procurement). Integration Literacy:

Ability to work with APIs and middleware for system synchronization. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field. Qualifications – QSR

Experience:

3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager. Experience in SaaS, QSR, F&B, or retail is a strong advantage. Technical Competencies:

Proficient in writing PRDs, managing backlogs, and working with API-based integrations. Execution:

Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
