Overview
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Teknik Industri, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in HR, preferably as HR Generalist or HRBP with a proven track record in managing complex employee relations issues
In-depth knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple competing priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated critical thinking and strong problem solving skills to address complex HR and business challenges
Proven experience in performance management systems, recruitment, and policy implementation.
Able to handle employee relation cases professionally and confidentially
Responsibilities
Provide strategic HR consulting and coaching to business leaders on critical people, culture, and regulatory matters.
Partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
Conduct regular sync meetings with assigned business units to aligned on HR priorities and address emerging needs.
Advocate for and lead the smooth rollout of HR programs, minimizing disruption to daily business operations.
Drive measurable performance management systems (KPI/OKR) and provide firm recommendations regarding performance that fails to meet established standards.
Provide day-to-day performance management support to line managers, including coaching, counseling, career development guidance, and disciplinary action where necessary.
Manage industrial relations, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and proactively mitigate legal risks and workplace conflicts.
Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues through objective investigations and actionable guidance.
Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching requirements, then evaluate program effectiveness to ensure training objectives are met.
General Operations: Manage and supervise GA operations to support smooth operations
Employee mapping, development, and performance management aligned with internal policies and labor regulations.
Qualifications
