RECRUITMENT MANAGER

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and manpower plans

Forecast hiring needs in coordination with department heads

Establish recruitment timelines, KPIs, and budgets

Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Oversee sourcing through job portals, PESO partnerships, job fairs, referrals, social media, and walk-in applicants

Strengthen partnerships with schools, training institutions, and government agencies

Ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies

Selection & Hiring Supervise screening, interviews, assessments, and background verification

Ensure fair, consistent, and compliant hiring practices

Participate in final interviews and hiring decisions for key positions

Lead, coach, and monitor recruitment staff performance

Provide training and guidance on interview techniques and sourcing methods

Conduct regular meetings to assess recruitment progress and challenges

Process Improvement & Reporting Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Prepare recruitment reports (hiring status, time-to-fill, source effectiveness)

Identify recruitment challenges and recommend solutions

Compliance & Employer Branding Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies

Promote the company’s employer brand to attract top talent

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout the recruitment process
