We are seeking a strategic and experienced

Human Capital & General Affair Director

to lead the company’s human capital and operational support functions. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR strategy and General Affair operations to ensure strong organizational capability, employee engagement, and operational excellence that support overall business performance and growth. Job Description Lead and manage overall

HR and General Affair operations , including Organizational Development, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Industrial Relations, Training & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and General Affair services. Develop and execute the

HR Business Plan

aligned with the company’s strategic goals. Provide strategic guidance to business leaders on

people management, leadership development, and organizational culture . Collaborate with other leadership functions to develop and implement

company growth strategies . Design and oversee initiatives to improve

employee engagement and organizational effectiveness . Develop HR strategies to support the company’s

business growth and evolving workforce needs . Ensure compliance with

labor regulations and government requirements

(employment regulations, BPJS, and related compliance). Ensure the availability of

facilities, workplace services, and operational support

through effective General Affair management. Oversee proper

company asset management and operational facilities . Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field . Minimum

12–15 years of experience in HR , with at least

5 years in a senior leadership role . Strong experience across

strategic HR functions , including talent management, organization development, industrial relations, and compensation strategy. Proven leadership capability in managing

large teams and multi-functional HR operations . Strong understanding of

Indonesian labor regulations and compliance . Strategic thinker with strong

leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills .
