Direct Contract, Recovery Agent, Risk Management Group

Business Function Risk Management Group (RMG) is responsible for the development and maintenance of risk management and internal control frameworks. we provide independent review and challenge to business to ensure that appropriate balance is considered in risk/return decision. in additional, RMG is responsible for the monitoring and reporting on key risk issues of the Bank. To manage risk effectively and deliver strong financial performance, we invest significantly in our people and infrastructure. Responsibilities Manage and oversee the recovery process for delinquent accounts, ensuring efficient and effective debt collection strategies Analyze customer financial data and credit history to develop customized repayment plans and negotiate settlements Collaborate with internal teams, such as legal and compliance, to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and bank policies Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recovery activities and report on key performance metrics Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall recovery process Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with clients

Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret financial data Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with customers Proficient in using relevant software and systems to manage recovery activities Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service
